About Marina Clement
Where connection begins, development becomes possible.
Marina Clement – Coaching and Guidance for Leadership, Communication, and Inner Balance
From Speechlessness to Connection
Her Journey
Growing up with five languages – yet often feeling misunderstood: this experience shaped Marina early on. She knows that true understanding goes far beyond words.
As a special education teacher, she worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities. There, spoken words mattered less than the ability to perceive subtle signals. It was about collaboratively discovering what was needed – beyond routines, beyond automatisms.
This approach continues to shape her work today: listening, sensing, understanding – and from that, creating room for action.
Inclusive projects with young adults, which she led, were awarded the Youth Prize. She created spaces for participation, visibility, and expression – for people who are often underestimated by society. This experience sharpened her eye for potential – especially where structures hinder change.
Opening Spaces for Development
Why she does what she does
As a leader or specialist, one often carries a heavy load – decisions, responsibility, pace. Marina helps individuals regain their effectiveness, recognize patterns, and reclaim their scope of action.
Her systemic approach combines psychological knowledge with communication, body awareness, and structured thinking. She supports people not with quick answers, but with a clear perspective and an attitude that enables development.
Non-judgment, Precision, and Genuine Interest
What defines her
Marina asks questions – precisely and empathetically. She listens not only to what is said, but to what resonates beneath the surface. Her experience shows: many solutions are already present – they just need to be brought into focus.
Those who work with her can expect clarity – even if it is sometimes uncomfortable. At the same time, she creates space for emotions, for uncertainties, and for new ideas. She sees people in their roles, but also beyond them – as complete personalities with history, impact, and responsibility.
"Nothing is impossible – it's just a matter of finding and keeping sight of the path."
Leadership requires inner stability – especially when external circumstances become unclear. Marina supports people in strengthening this inner anchor, staying on their own course, and consciously shaping what lies ahead.
