General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website www.marina.lu. By ordering an online product, you agree to these GTC.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded only upon confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Euros and include statutory value-added tax, where applicable. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop, such as credit card or WooPayments in cooperation with Stripe. The purchase price is due immediately.

4. Delivery and Access

For digital products such as downloads, online seminars, or videos, you will receive access via email or through your user account after payment is received. Shipping of physical products, if offered, will take place within three to five business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

a) Digital Products
For digital products that can be downloaded or used immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period.

b) Seminars and Coachings
For bookings of seminars or coaching appointments, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the start. After that, 50 percent of the agreed price will be charged. In case of non-attendance, the full amount will be due.

6. Copyright

All content, especially texts, videos, audios, and documents, is protected by copyright. Any transfer, reproduction, or public use is not permitted without prior written consent from Marina Clement.

7. Liability

The content offered serves personal development and further education. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the data protection declaration published on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Luxembourg City, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions dictate otherwise.
